1. Use of Site

• Age 16+; parents supervise child-related content.

• No unlawful/misuse; we reserve right to restrict access.

• Content ownership: Nature King (architect-designed Montessori furniture/flower presses).

2. Orders & Products

• Made-to-order (beds 5-10 days processing; canopies/presses 2-5 days).

• Prices exclude shipping/taxes; final at checkout.

• Errors corrected pre-shipment; personalization final.

• Availability subject to stock/production.

3. Payments

Visa/Mastercard/Maestro, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal, BNPL (Klix/ESTO), bank transfer. Secure (PCI-DSS/3D Secure); no card data stored.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Latvia/EU; couriers DPD/Venipak/etc. Tracking provided. Delays/customs your risk outside EU.

5. Returns & Refunds

14-day returns (unused/original packaging). No personalized/used items. See full Refund Policy.

6. Warranty

2 years manufacturing defects (excl. misuse/assembly errors). Photos/order # required.

7. Liability

Products safe/natural; no parent supervision substitute. Max liability: order value.

8. Governing Law

Latvian/EU law; Riga courts.
