Non-personalized canopies, flower presses/frames, rugs/textiles (no stains/odors).
Non-Eligible:

Personalized (names/initials/custom)—made-to-order.

Used/damaged/misused items.

No original packaging.
Step-by-Step Process

Contact natureking@natureking.lv (order #, reason, photos if damaged)—1-2 days for instructions/form/address.

Pack securely (original box/receipt).

Ship (your cost unless defective).

Inspection: 2-5 days.

Refund: 5-10 business days to original payment (shipping/personalization fees deducted).
Defects & Exceptions

Damaged/manufacturing issues/lost shipment: Free return shipping, repair/replacement/refund.

2-year warranty (defects only; exclude misuse/assembly).

Exchanges: Available for size/color; pay upgrade difference.
