Nature King Refund Policy
At Nature King, we aim to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer rights, provided it meets our conditions. This policy protects both you and our quality standards for handmade, natural Montessori-inspired furniture and flower presses.
Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with proof of purchase (receipt or email confirmation). Contact natureking@natureking.lv first.
Eligible returns include:

Unused furniture (beds, shelves not assembled).

Canopies, non-personalized flower presses/frames, rugs, textiles (unused, no odors/stains).
Non-Returnable Items
To safeguard custom work and hygiene:

Personalized products (child's name, initials, custom designs)—made-to-order, non-resellable.

Used/damaged items (wear, stains, odors).

Incorrectly assembled furniture, misused/washed canopies.

Items without original packaging.
Return Process

Email natureking@natureking.lv with order number, reason, photos (if damaged).

Receive return form, warehouse address, shipping instructions (1-2 days).

Pack securely in original box with receipt; ship at your cost (unless defective).

We inspect (2-5 days); refund issued to original payment (5-10 business days).
Shipping costs non-refundable for customer-initiated returns; personalization fees deducted.
Defective/Damaged Items
For manufacturing defects, delivery damage, lost packages:

Free replacement, repair, or full refund—no return shipping cost.

Provide photos of product/packaging/damage + order number.

2-year warranty on manufacturing defects (excludes misuse, modifications). Investigation for lost items (10-14 days) leads to free reship.
Exchanges
Preferred option: swap for wrong size/color. You pay difference if upgrade; we cover reship for defects.
